Diagnosis
Female scape yellowish-white; frontal suture ħU-shaped and terminating well before reaching eyes; mesoscutum and scutellum golden-green with purple tinges, mesoscutum with anterior ½ with raised reticulation, posterior ½ with engraved reticulation, scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation; femora yellowish-white; gaster elongate, MM/LG 0.7-0.8. Similar to opsiphanis but with larger eyes, frontal suture shorter and U-shaped, and female gaster longer with apex more pointed.

Biology
From Apanteles sp. (Rodriguez32) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) on Anteotricha sp. (Janzen02) (Lepidoptera: Elachistidae) on Vismia baccifera (Clusiaceae). Hyperparasitoid that oviposited into the caterpillar.
